Meet the chef
Adia's passion for cooking and creating was fueled her great grandmother as well as her high school home economics teacher. As well as being a wellness crusader with a 20 year fitness background wanting to add flavor to healthy dishes. She attended PA Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School.
Her classical French training is infused throughout her culinary creations. Focusing on fresh quality ingredients and letting dish speak for itself. She started Urth's Table Event Catering & Meal Prep to be able to fuel her creativity for creating unique events, a destination on plate and an experience to remember.
